The Career Potential
As video games continue to grow in popularity, so does the demand for those who understand what goes into creating them.
Employment of multimedia artists and animators is projected to grow 8 percent from 2016 to 2026, about as fast as the average for all occupations. Projected growth will be due to increased demand for animation and visual effects in video games, movies, and television.
The median pay for multimedia artists and animators is $70,530 per year.

The Facilities
All students enrolled in Villa’s Game Design Program will have access to a state-of-the-art computer lab that is currently under development. The space will be equipped with industry-leading software including Adobe Production Premium, Microsoft Office Suite, Avid M Box, Final Cut Pro, HDTVs and more.
Students will also have access to other on-campus facilities, including:
