Apply for Admissions

Go to villa.edu/apply to complete our quick online application. Villa does not have any application fees.

Submit the Following Required Documents:

  • Original high school diploma or graduation certificate. Certified true copies are also accepted if they are stamped and signed by the official. Regular copies or scans are not acceptable. Applicants should possess the equivalent of 12-years of elementary and secondary school education. Official translation may be requested for non-English transcripts.
  • The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is not is required, but students must be able to demonstrate English language proficiency.
  • Proof of financial responsibility to pay. An original, signed letter on bank letterhead showing at least $15,000 in US funds (or equivalent) in the name of sponsor or student. College expenses will be approximately $15,000/year for tuition, plus approximately $800/month for housing (utilities included).
  • A copy of your passport.

Document Processing Fee

A mandatory, non-refundable processing fee of $100.00 payable in U.S. currency by check or money order to Villa Maria College is required with original documents submitted. This is used to send documents to you by mail. Please send required documents to:

Scholarships may be available to exceptional international students. A letter of acceptance and the I-20 form (Certificate of Eligibility) are forwarded to the applicant after all documents have been submitted, evaluated, and approved. Villa Maria College is authorized under Federal law to enroll non immigrant, alien students.
