Tuesdays with Toniqua

Tuesdays with Toniqua wellness events are a result of collaborating with multiple offices on and off campus. These events are designed to encourage mental health care, reduce stigma associated with mental health services, and connect students to supports and services.

This week, Toniqua will take students on a wellness walk (weather permitting!) and the Buffalo Urban League will discuss student resources.
