Save the date for our annual Portfolio Day! High school students considering studying art in college should plan on attending to have their existing portfolios reviewed by faculty from participating colleges.
Student artists should bring sketch books, paintings, drawings, illustrations, 3-D designs, graphic work, or other art pieces. Portfolios should include at least 5 – 12 pieces of work that represent a breadth of artistic talent, including different mediums if possible. Portfolio pieces can represent classroom assignments as well as independent work.

Representatives from our animation, digital filmmaking, fashion design and merchandising, fine arts, graphic design, integrated arts, interior design and photography programs will be present to speak with high school, transfer and students and their families who want to get a feel for what it’s like to be a Villa Viking studying art.
