I chose to attend Villa not only because of its location, but because it was a small school with small class sizes and I couldn’t see myself suceeding in a very large school environment. I’ve learned a lot at Villa, in animation as well as my other classes. The most important being time management skills and discipline. I takes both to be an animator. I most enjoyed my pre-production classes as they allow me to work on my drawing and visual development. Villa was a good choice for me because of the individualized attention I was get from my professors; it would be a good choice for anyone looking for the same thing. — Alicia McClain, ’17
