The group is meant to provide some space to discuss stressors and teach skills to manage stress/anxiety/and depression. Wellness Wednesdays events are a result of collaborating with multiple offices on and off campus. These events are designed to encourage mental health care, reduce stigma associated with mental health services, and connect students to supports and services.
