Villa Maria College, in collaboration with Daemen College presents a talk with Natalie Barnhard ’02. She will talk about her experience as a physical therapist assistant on “the other side” of rehab, her experience of living with a disability, her foundation, and will answer your questions.

A graduate of Villa’s PTA Program, Barnhard sustained a spinal cord Injury in October 2004. She is the founder of Wheels With Wings, a foundation developed to assist individuals with spinal cord injuries and their families, as well as the 3rd Annual Natalie’s Walk at Canalside.

Most recently Barnhard participated in the Roll on Capitol Hill, an annual legislative advocacy event organized by United Spinal to improve the rights of wheelchair users and all people living with spinal cord injuries and disorders.

This presentation is FREE but we will take a donation for Natalie’s Wheels With Wings Foundation if you would like to contribute.
