The federal government has provided another round of monetary relief to college students that we are calling CARES Act Part 2.  Villa Maria College will distribute these funds in an effort to assist students who have experienced a financial hardship due to the Coronavirus. The application period to receive funds through the College will range from March 1, 2021 through April 16, 2021.

Students interested in applying for funding should fill out a CARES Act Part 2 funding request on this page with information about their circumstances.

Students can apply for funding immediately; applications will be accepted through April 16, 2021.  The following amounts are set by the College:

  • Full time non-Pell eligible students – $754

Students who previously received CARES Act awards are eligible for funding in this round. Awards will be distributed either by applying it to student accounts, or by payment via check or ACH deposit. Students may choose to use the money given to them from the CARES Act funding however they desire and do not need to provide information about this.
