Upon receipt of the request, the Director of Student Life will consult the calendar and if there is no major conflict approve the event and notify the Club Advisor and/or Club Chair.NB: Events/activities are scheduled on a first come first served basis. To ensure that the date you want is available, submit this request as soon as possible.
