Veterans Affairs

Villa Maria College extends a special "thank you" to all veterans for their service, both past and present.  We appreciate you and those who have gone before you.

Below, please find some general information to assist you in considering Villa Maria College as your educational choice.  Whether you are entering college for the first time or returning to school to further your education, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions in regard to the educational benefits available to you as a veteran.  The following websites provide some additional resources:

The GI Bill website will allow you to apply for your veterans benefits and provides information about the many types of benefits available. There is a question and answer page that will allow you to email a question to a representative at your local Veterans Affairs office and they will respond to you via email. The other two links above will provide additional information on other educational benefits that may be available.

Those who do not have the ability to apply online, may call 1-888-GI BILL-1 (1-888-442-4551) and request a form to be mailed to you.  If you should have any questions, please stop by the Office of Financial Aid on campus, or, call (716) 961-1828.

And, remember to check out Honor Flight for those veterans who may be eligible for a trip to see the memorials dedicated in their honor in our nation's capitol. Visit:  http://www.honorflight.org
