Our admissions counselors are committed to working with you to assist in matching your interests with one of our seven baccalaureate or thirteen associate degree programs with offerings in many of today’s most challenging and competitive disciplines of study.  Our state-of-the-art animation and recording studios bring you in touch with the latest industry technology while our interior design offerings are rooted in a strong architectural foundation offering a challenging curriculum and project opportunities that promote design in healthcare, education and other core disciplines while offering many avenues for study.  

Our baccalaureate program offerings include photography, graphic design, music and music industry as well as Bachelor of Fine Arts degree programs in animation, fashion design and merchandising, and interior design.  You can also pursue one of our many associate degree programs in the applied arts; music and music business; liberal arts; or one of several industry-specific career fields such as business or education.  Our challenging Physical Therapist Assistant program is currently the only accredited program of its type within Erie County and offers frequent opportunities to interact with your instructors.

Here at Villa Maria College we recognize that our students arrive here from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and we provide the tools to assist you with your continued growth and development.  All of our prospective students are required to take placement tests prior to enrolling so that we can help you choose the right courses to meet your needs. Our Career Development Center offers frequent opportunities to obtain information on internships, career qualifications and assistance with employment searches.  Villa Maria College's Student Center and off-campus residence life experience offer shared activities to enrich your collegiate experience including numerous volunteer and service opportunities, recreational offerings and much more. 

Villa Maria College is founded upon three ideals - Charity, Unity and Service.  Reflected in the college seal and rooted in the Franciscan tradition of service to all, each of these ideals is held in high regard by faculty, staff and students.  We actively demonstrate these principles in numerous campus events held throughout the year aimed at helping those in need and the less fortunate.  We instill these values in our students and create opportunities in the curriculum rooted in service learning, believing these offer lifelong lessons that will remain with you long after graduation and as you pursue your future professional and personal endeavors.  As a requirement for graduation all students complete 25-50 hours of service learning.
