"Using the Power of Creativity to Improve Your Leadership Effectiveness".
A full day workshop designed for business women who want to improve their problem solving skills and enhance their ability to lead change.
Participants will engage in fun, team-oriented sessions designed to help them to become deliberately more creative in their thinking. Learn to release the power to solve problems and develop solutions in unconventional ways. Break from predictable, traditional patterns of thought and learn the tools for the release of creativity in new and surprising ways "Step-up" your ability to lead change by learning to nurture the creativity in others, turns problems into opportunities, and to use mistakes as stepping stones to breakthroughs.
Facilitator: Demaree Poole holds a Master of Science degree in Creative Studies, Innovation, and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College. She is the President of "Dream Big Creativity" and consults as a trainer and facilitator for local corporations and businesses.
