We welcome your interest in Interior Design and thank you for considering Villa Maria College, where we offer students an energetic and exciting environment in which to create design, master skills, explore opportunities and prepare for a professional career. Our students work closely with highly qualified faculty and collaborate with design professionals involved in a variety of disciplines. Our highly acclaimed internship programs offer students real-world experience for credit and/or salary in combination with a well rounded, broad based educational curriculum. We offer both a two year associate's degree as well as a four year bachelor of fine arts degree. Your studies at Villa will involve shaping space as well as planning and furnishing it. The classic elements of interior design - light, color, form and space, will be addressed in a series of design studios and related courses. You will have opportunities to focus on a variety of projects including residential, retail, office design, educational facilities and hospitality to name a few, each growing in complexity as the curriculum progresses.
