1. Complete and mail this form to Villa Maria College Admissions Office, 240 Pine Ridge Road, Buffalo, New York 14225-3999.
You may also apply online at www.villa.edu
2. Request your official high school transcripts with class rank and grade point average be mailed or faxed to Villa Maria College.
3. Request official transcripts from previously attended colleges. Mail to Villa Maria College.
4. Test results from the SAT or ACT (though not a requirement for admission) will be used as an aid for course placement and scholarship consideration.
5. If you have earned a GED, please send a copy with your test scores to the Admissions Office.
6. If you have not been interviewed by an Admissions Counselor, please schedule an appointment. A formal interview with our Admissions Staff is encouraged. For many academic areas, a program-specific interview or audition is also required. Please contact
the Admissions Office at 716-961-1805.
7. Please submit a one-page personal statement that a) states why you are interested in pursuing a college degree,
and b) describes how your strengths and qualities will help you succeed at Villa Maria College.
