Auditorium has a seating capacity of 1414. It is a community center of cultural and dramatic activities. Villa Maria College Auditorium, with its fine acoustics, has hosted performances by renowned local and national groups. It is a favorite of local youth organizations and schools for orchestral and dance performances and graduations. Entrance and parking for the facility is located off Pennock Street.

Student Union Dining Hall is a large ground floor space used regularly for collegiate community meetings and activities, as well as Diocesan and Alumni functions. Food service facilities are available to outside catering at the discretion of the College Administration. The venue is easily accessed from two adjacent parking lots and the Dining Hall has a seating capacity of 400.

Recital Hall is housed in the Villa Maria Institute, locally renowned for their music instruction. This space has a seating capacity for 168 individuals in a comfortable arena style. It is home to the Institute's two-manual 880-pipe organ. This intimate space is perfect for lectures, meetings and performances alike.

Classrooms have been recently updated and provide the user with internet accessible computer links. The average classroom will comfortably accommodate 25 adults.

Specialty Rooms are also available for smaller more select meetings. Some provide a board meeting atmosphere, while others boast kitchen access to allow for intimate luncheon or dinner meetings.

Gymnasium is located in the Villa Maria College Student Center. Maximum seating in the gym is 700 in bleacher style. The gym can be used as one full court or divided in two for tournament play. It is ideal for youth and adult practices or league play.

Swimming Pool is also located in the College Student Center it is an affordable practice space for youth and adult swim programs. A high dive, individual diving blocks and swim lanes allow the user versatility in swim training. Gender exclusive locker rooms and showers are available.

No food or drink is permitted in the pool or gym area at any time. Availability is subject to student use hours. Please turn off all lights and close interior doors before departing the building. The Villa Maria College community hopes that you will treat our facility as your own. Failure to clean up after your event could affect the return of your security deposit. In the case of inclement weather shoes should be changed BEFORE walking on the gymnasium floor. Please remember that activities must be restricted to the area designated in your contract.
